Exchange, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Luxodor Oils, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us immediately at sales@luxodor.co with your order number and clear photos of the item received.

Upon approval, we will offer either a replacement or a refund based on your preference. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days.

Incorrect Size Selection

Most returns occur due to incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage customers to contact us before placing an order for size guidance.

Returns due to incorrect size selection are not considered seller fault.

Condition of Returned Items (90% Rule)

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Products with less than 90% of original content remaining are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Used or opened items are strictly non-returnable unless faulty upon receipt.

Return Shipping Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item. Shipping costs are determined by the courier.

We recommend using tracked and insured shipping and retaining all delivery records.

  • Include your order reference number
  • Attach the original invoice with the return

Refund Options

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).

Incorrect or Faulty Products

Although all products are inspected before dispatch, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email sales@luxodor.co with your order details and a description of the issue.

We will advise you on the return process and arrange a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, the item must be returned before a refund is issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

  • Discounted and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Promotional shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Change of Mind / Wrong Size Selection

Refunds for change of mind or wrong size selection will be issued after deducting actual shipping costs.

Shipping charges are not refundable in these cases.
