Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us immediately at info@luxodor.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Once approved, you may choose either a replacement or a refund. All refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original transaction currency within 15 working days.
